1.  Planning Engineer

Job Description

  • Involve in Programming, Scheduling and Progress tracking of projects
  • Co-ordinate with Site Supervisors and Sub-contractors on progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports
  • Highlight critical activities & other constraints to Project Managers
  • Provide up-to-date data and summary on progress matters as and when required
  • Measure and analyze process performance and deviation
  • Participate in meetings with Clients and internal meetings whenever required
  • Calculate Productivity analysis
  • Assist team in the planning duties, including attending meetings when required, recording and circulation of minutes, preparing milestone charts, Project Programs and development reports
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • With 5 – 8 years of experiences as Planning Engineer with scope of work in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera preferable P6.2 or Primavera enterprise is a must
  • Good communication skills

2.  Structural Drafter

Job Description

  • Support and assist the Structural Design Engineer
  • Study scope of work and documents concerning structural activities
  • Carry out structural drafting work as instructed
  • Ensure project specification/contract requirements are shared and implemented
  • Perform necessary actions to meet Engineering (Structural) activities schedule
  • Review fabrication drawings to ensure project specific requirements
  • Clarify and solve problems raised by production
  • Provide technical support for project management
  • Draft drawings as required by scope of work.
  • Produce drawings as and when required, as assigned by team leader.
  • Coordinate with team members and other discipline

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • Min 3 years of working experiences in the same field

3.  Structural Design Engineer

Job Description

  • Support and assist the Engineering Manager
  • Design the structure according to technical requirement as defined by contract, class rules and specified standard within given quality, time and cost
  • Provide/prepare design calculation/Bill Of Materials /general arrangement / sectional drawings
  • Produce accurate assembly / detailed drawings within an agreed time scale
  • Ensure drawing lists are updated
  • Ensure production drawings and documents are completed and issued on time
  • Understand about the standard rules, class, authorities etc.
  • Prepare 3rd party approval submission documents
  • Investigate scope of re-work / modification bought forward by the Production
  • Perform engineering coordination / drafting (drawings) / checking when required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with Staad Pro V8 knowledge
  • Min 8 years of working experiences in the same field

4.  QA/QC Inspectors

Job Description

  • Perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements
  • Assist in the verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding
  • Responsible towards welding control and inspection
  • Prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during construction
  • Record result of inspections and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specifications
  • Administer AFI request to Client and 3rd party and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out. Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects.
  • Arrange for proper NDT requirements as per specifications
  • Interpret RT films pertaining to welding joints
  • Establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on weekly basis
  • Generate weekly weld rejection rate summary
  • Witness all testing activities
  • Monitor PWHT
  • Prepare Test Packs for Piping Hydro static testing
  • Prepare/comply the final punch list prior to delivery of the fabricated and assembled components

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • AWS or CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certification is a must
  • At least 3 to 5 years experiences in Marine or Oil & Gas industry
  • Good team player, adaptable and has good communication skills

5.  Dimensional Controller

Job Description

  • Perform Dimensional Survey on the structure in stages as identified in the ITP and Equipment Installation
  • Generate the Dimensional Reports, get it witnessed by client and 3rd party and obtained approval on the reports
  • Receive and transmit drawings and documents, filings, DCC matters and etc, as and when required
  • Coordinate project operations and duties of project teams
  • Coordinate, update and maintain proper records of all requests for project work from all yards, offices, clients & contractors
  • Maintain general correspondences and filings of all project and / or different disciplines related matters
  • Perform Production internal auditing work
  • Any other tasks being assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ITE certification
  • At least 3 year of experiences as a Dimensional Controller in Marine or Oil & Gas industry
  • Able to handle the job independently & should have experience in handling total station and structural / piping dimensional control activities
  • Those with Auto CAD knowledge are preferred

6.  Welding Supervisor

Job Description

  • Liaise with Project Lead/ Superintendent to get knowledge of project schedules
  • Coordinate with client representatives for resolving site discrepancies
  • Coordinate with QA/QC personnel in resolving & maintaining project Quality standards
  • Perform site inspection on the welders
  • Update & report project progress reports and plan for activities to be completed one week ahead

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 3 years experiences as a site Welding Supervisor in marine industry or shipyard
  • Obtain CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certification

7.  Piping Supervisor

Job Description

  • Report to Piping Superintendent / Section Head for all the day-to-day progress.
  • Supervise the fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and clients specifications
  • Responsible for planned progress schedule without compromising quality and safety
  • Identify and record piping size, fittings and grade used in accordance with the isometric drawings and P&ID
  • Co-ordinate with QC, Painting Supervisors and Client representative for Hydro-test and completion.
  • Responsible for safety related to work place & Worker / Contractor under the same project
  • Attend daily Tool Box meeting at site.
  • Coordinate with QC for all the related inspection and NDT requirement.
  • Check field works and carry out the works in proper manner
  • Carry out daily reporting and monitoring at site progress in order to achieve planned schedule.
  • Ensure site housekeeping are well maintained and strictly follow proper work sequence and work flow.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as JCS, SI as and when required for all additional work requirements.
  • Responsible for MTO take off and follow up.
  • Assist the discipline Engineer to solve site concern matters

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • With 3 – 5 years of experiences in Marine Industry as site Piping Supervisor
  • Good communication skills

8.  Accounts Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in basic accounting duties such as data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, preparation of invoices and monthly statement of accounts
  • Provide general administrative support to Finance Dept
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested.

9.  Sub-Contracting Executive

Job Description

  • Undertake sub-contract packages and provide support to the project team.
  • Source and maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors
  • Negotiate with sub-contractors and prepare contracts or work orders
  • Perform Sub-contract Management from pre-contract through to post contract
  • Liaise with internal departments as well as sub-contractors
  • Coordinate compiled post project evaluation of in house contractors

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, preferably with Certificate in Business Management.
  • Min 3 years of experience in liaising with sub-contractors
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management and coordination experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and able to integrate and contribute within a team environment
  • Has high level of responsibility

10.  Procurement Expeditor cum Administrator

Job Description

  • Establish communications with suppliers to enable timely, accurate delivery schedule of supplier
  • Prepare expediting reports detailing supplier's progress
  • Expedite activities or purchase items at various vendors to meet the project’s schedule
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback of suppliers by ensuring resolution of issues and ultimately timely delivery
  • Ensure that delivery will be possible on the agreed date
  • Prepare in-house tariff rates
  • Generate PR - PO weekly report
  • Collate and submit monthly MES report to Finance Department
  • Update of new vendors in the master list and record
  • Assist in the Annual Vendors Assessment exercise
  • Assist in the raising of Service or Purchase Orders
  • Prepare documents for audit purposes
  • Support other procurement functions and any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Shipbuilding or Offshore Engineering
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in purchasing of steel products, bulk materials, engineering products and etc
  • Speak fluent English and Mandarin as have to deal with overseas Chinese suppliers
  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Job Description

  • Preparation of variations, progress claims and final accounts
  • Responsible for post contract and compiling data on past project

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Engineering or relevant field of study

  • Must be independent, meticulous and good team player

12.  Safety Supervisor

Job Description

  • Monitor safety and health issues and stop any work or operations that violate the regulations
  • Monitor and inspect work activities to ensure that safe work practices are carried out in all work operations
  • Investigate and record all reportable incidents, assist line personnel in investigation
  • Control, supervise and manage site emergency matters
  • Ensure compliance to the Company’s Code of Conduct and mandatory regulations
  • Any other duties as directed by the HSE Manager / Safety Officer

Job Requirements

  • Possess Shipyard Safety Assessor (Hotwork Certification) preferred
